Why is there a setup fee?

The setup fee reflects the real cost of doing it right the first time: technical audits, account configuration, strategy development, brand asset creation, CRM onboarding, and training. Agencies that don't charge setup fees spread those costs across 6–12 months of retainer — we prefer to be transparent.

Setup fees are typically earned back within the first 1–2 months of results.

Can I bundle multiple services?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfers (US), PayPal, and Mercado Pago (Chile). All billing is handled through our secure CRM portal. Invoices are issued automatically on your billing date.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Are there any hidden fees?

None. What you see on the Pricing page is what you pay. The only additions are:

Are prices in USD or CLP?

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Chilean clients can choose to be invoiced in CLP at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate on the billing date, with payments accepted via Mercado Pago or local bank transfer. Invoices are issued with IVA (VAT) where applicable.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly retainers are non-refundable because work is performed continuously throughout the month. Setup fees are 100% refundable within the first 14 days if we have not yet begun execution. After execution begins, setup fees are non-refundable because staff time and deliverables have already been committed.

If you are ever dissatisfied, talk to us first — in practice we almost always find a way to make things right before a refund is on the table.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We notify you before any overage occurs and recommend either upgrading to the next tier or purchasing a one-time add-on for that month. You are never auto-charged for overages without your explicit approval. Our systems track limits in real time so there are no surprises on your bill.

How long does onboarding take?

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a flat monthly management fee, not a percentage of spend. This means our incentive is your performance — not spending more of your budget. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) so you always have full transparency and control.

What is the minimum ad budget I need?

We recommend a minimum ad spend of $500–$1,000/mo for meaningful data and results on a single platform. For multi-platform campaigns (Ads Pro, Max), $2,000–$5,000/mo ad spend generates enough volume to optimize effectively. We will tell you honestly if your budget is not sufficient to generate ROI before we start.

Can you create the ad creatives too?

Can you recover a disabled ad account?

Is my data secure?

Do you share my data with third parties?

Are you HIPAA compliant?

Is there a minimum commitment for partners?

90-day minimum on any white-label tier, then month-to-month with 30 days written notice. This gives you runway to land your first clients. Annual prepay saves 10%. No per-client minimums — you pay only your platform fee whether you have 1 client or 100.

How long does partner onboarding take?

3–7 days from signed agreement to live instance. Includes: white-label domain setup, logo and branding customization, sub-account provisioning flow, partner Slack channel, sales enablement pack (decks, scripts, ROI calculators), and a 45-minute onboarding call. Many partners close their first client within 14 days of going live.

Who handles client billing — me or NetWebMedia?

You do. You bill your clients directly on your invoice, at your price, using whatever payment processor you prefer (Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, Mercado Pago, etc.). We invoice you monthly for the white-label platform. Your clients are entirely your relationship — we stay invisible unless you explicitly bring us in for escalations.

What support do I get as a partner?

Every partner gets: private Slack channel with product + engineering, partner enablement pack (sales decks, pitch scripts, ROI calculators, co-branded case study templates), and priority technical support. Full-Stack partners also get a dedicated partner success manager and quarterly async strategy reports.

Can I customize the white-label platform for my clients?

Yes. Domain, logo, color palette, email sender addresses, and preference center are customizable per client. Custom pipelines, automations, and content templates can be pre-configured as your agency defaults.
