1. What this actually means

A normal part-time CMO gives you a senior marketer for 5 to 10 hours a week. They hand you a strategy document. Then you try to execute it with your small team — usually badly.

NWM CMO is different. You get a strategic marketer PLUS our execution team — designers, writers, ad buyers, video editors, workflow engineers. One package. You are not translating strategy into execution. We own the whole chain.

CMO Growth — $999/mo + $499 setup

Everything in Lite plus paid ads management, monthly async strategy report, email nurture sequences, and attribution dashboard. Ad spend billed at cost + 12% management fee (min $300/mo). Most popular.

CMO Scale — $2,499/mo + $999 setup

Everything in Growth plus AI SDR outbound, Video Factory (12 Reels/mo), weekly async strategy report, and quarterly OKR planning. Ad management fee same as Growth.

3. Month 1: the strategy sprint

Week 1: listen.

Kickoff call (2 hours). We interview 5 to 8 of your stakeholders. We get read access to your data. We tear down your top 3 competitors.

Week 2: diagnose.

Full audit of your brand, channels, customer cost, customer value, holes in your buyer journey, team strengths, and current tools.

Week 3: plan.

Who is your perfect customer. How do we talk to them. What channels we'll bet on. The 90-day plan. How we'll spend the budget.

Week 4: kick off execution.

One-hour readout to your leadership. You approve. Month 2 execution begins.

4. Months 2 to 12: doing the work

Your CMO leads a pod built for your specific needs. A typical Scale pod:

We work in weekly sprints. Kickoff Monday. Review Friday. You get a shared Slack or Teams channel with the whole pod.

Monthly scorecard — first business day of each month. A one-page PDF with sales pipeline impact, customer cost, return on ad spend, brand awareness signals, traffic, leads, qualified leads, big wins, big losses, and next month's focus.

Quarterly review — 90-minute executive call with you and your leadership. We present results against the 90-day plan. Reset goals. Adjust budget.

8. How we hand off when you hire in-house

When you are ready to bring marketing in-house, we help you do it. We help recruit your VP of Marketing. Write the job description. Interview candidates. Overlap for 60 days and hand off everything. No drama. No lock-in.

9. Is this right for you?

Yes if you do $500,000 to $20 million a year, are growing 20% or more, don't have a VP of Marketing, and have a team of 5 to 50.

No if you do under $500,000 (too early — focus on the product), have a strong VP already (we will step on their toes), or move slowly (we move faster than you can approve things).

Who is my actual CMO?

You meet them on the sales call. All NWM CMOs have 8+ years in senior marketing and 3+ years as VP or CMO. No junior staff lead engagements.

Can I pause if budget tightens?

Yes. Send a written pause request to hello@netwebmedia.com. We'll discuss downgrading to Lite ($249/mo) to keep CRM + strategy running while you pause execution. No penalties for pausing.

What if I already have an ads agency?

Fine. We work with them. Our CMO coordinates. We only bring the capabilities you are missing.

Do you take equity instead of cash?

Rarely. Case by case. Only for exceptional early-stage opportunities. Default is cash only.
