Paid Ads Management — Facebook, Google, TikTok
This page shows you how we run paid ads so they make money instead of burning it. We use the Ads tool in NWM CRM to track every click, every lead, and every dollar back to a real customer.
- At least $5,000/month to spend on ads (anything less, ad management eats the results)
- Read-only access to your existing ad accounts, if you have any
- A website page where ads can send traffic
- 30 minutes a week for our Monday review call
What's inside
1. Which channel, when
For people already searching for what you sell. High buying intent.
Broad reach. Great for retargeting past visitors and finding new customers with creative.
Cheap to reach people. Great for awareness and under-35 audiences.
Expensive but precise. Great for business-to-business deals over $10,000.
2. Account setup (week 1)
Audit your existing accounts.
We check conversion tracking, overlap between audiences, wasted spend, and any policy violations.
Fix tracking so we can see what's working.
Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Conversions, enhanced conversions. Without this, nothing else matters.
Map the buyer journey.
Awareness, then consideration, then conversion, then retention. Budget split by stage.
Wire ads into your CRM.
Connect the Ads tool so every click lands on a Landing Page, every signup goes through a Form, and every lead is graded by Lead Scoring before your team sees it.
Check what creative you have.
What worked before. What flopped. What formats are missing (real customer videos? screen recordings? reviews?).
3. Creative — the biggest lever
90% of ad performance comes from the creative itself, not the targeting. Here is our creative pipeline:
- Weekly brief — 5 new ad ideas, different hooks, formats, and angles.
- AI-assisted production — stock footage plus AI video plus human editing.
- Test with small budget — $50/day per ad for 3 days.
- Scale the winners — ads beating the average cost per customer by 30% or more get more budget.
- Kill the losers fast — ads at 1.5 times the average cost get paused on day 4.
4. How we split the budget
- 70% — winners (campaigns that made money in the last 30 days)
- 20% — scale tests (adding budget to recent winners to find the ceiling)
- 10% — experiments (new channels, new formats, new angles)
5. Our Monday review
Every Monday at 10am in your time zone. Async review delivered to your inbox. Agenda:
- The week at a glance: spend, cost per customer, return on ad spend (every $1 in, how much came back), sales pipeline impact.
- Top 3 ads of the week and why they worked.
- Top 3 losers and what we're replacing them with.
- Next week's creative brief and budget changes.
- Any red flags (tired audiences, policy issues, platform problems).
6. Proving what actually worked
Meta says it drove X. Google says Y. Both over-claim. We triangulate:
- Google Analytics — baseline truth across all channels.
- Post-purchase survey — a single question at checkout: "Where did you hear about us?"
- Turn-off tests — quarterly, we pause a channel in one region and measure the drop.
- Full media modeling — on accounts spending over $50,000/month.
7. Pricing
- Essentials — 1 channel, up to $10,000/month ad spend: $1,490/month management fee
- Multi-channel — 2 or 3 channels, up to $50,000/month: $2,990/month
- Scale — 4+ channels, $50,000+/month: 10% of ad spend
What success looks like
- Within 2 weeks: winning ads start to emerge from the test group.
- Within 1 month: return on ad spend is stable. You know your cost per customer.
- Within 3 months: winners are scaled up, losers are killed, and you're getting a higher return than when you started.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Running one ad forever. Audiences get tired fast. Fresh creative every week or performance sinks.
- Obsessing over clicks. Clicks are cheap. Customers are what count. Track both, reward the second.
- Trusting the platform's own numbers. Meta and Google both over-claim. Always check against Google Analytics and your CRM.

Common questions
Minimum ad spend to work with you?
$5,000/month is our floor. Below that, our management fee eats the results. Under $5k, try our automatic workflows.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. Always. We get added as a user. We never transfer ownership.
Do you do ecommerce?
Yes. Especially Meta, TikTok, and Google Shopping.
How fast do we see results?
Weeks 2 and 3: winning ads emerge. Month 2 is when returns stabilize and we start scaling up.
