Is email marketing included with NWM CRM, or separate?
NWM CRM includes basic email campaigns (templates, broadcast, tracking). For advanced features — AI-written campaigns, behavioral automations, predictive segmentation, SMS/WhatsApp, deliverability management — you'll want NWM Email, which is available as a standalone product or bundled with CRM at a discount.
How many emails can I send per month?
Unlimited sends on all plans. Pricing is based on contact list size, not email volume. Send a campaign 10x to the same list — no extra charge.
Can I migrate from Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign?
Yes. We migrate contacts, segments, templates, automations, and historical event data from any major email platform. Starter plan: self-serve CSV import. Growth plan: white-glove migration included in setup. Scale plan: full migration handled by our team, with zero downtime for your sends.
Do you set up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC for me?
Yes — all authentication is configured during onboarding. You add a few DNS records (we send the exact values and instructions), and we handle the rest. Gmail/Yahoo 2024 bulk sender rules are enforced by default.
What about GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and Ley 19.628 compliance?
