- Duplicate listings. We look for extra listings of your business on Google Maps and request a merge or removal for each one. Google reviews every request and decides when it goes through.
- Categories. The primary category that matches what you do, plus secondary categories where they apply.
- Hours. Your regular hours and special hours, such as holidays, set the way you confirm them.
- Photos. We upload the photos you send us, and report photos that are wrong or not of your business.
- Website link. Your listing points to your current website.

What the clean-up is not
It is not a promise of rankings, calls or sales. Nobody can honestly promise where Google shows your business. It makes the details on your listing correct and consistent.
- Google controls duplicate merges: we file the requests, and Google decides when, and whether, they go through. We can't speed that up.
- It needs owner or manager access: if no one at your business can sign in to the listing, email us before you buy.
- Not a subscription: you pay once and nothing renews.

What do you need from me?
The business name and the Google Maps link to your listing at checkout, then manager access to your Business Profile. We email you within 1 business day of payment with the steps.
Will this improve my Google ranking?
We don't promise rankings, and nobody honestly can. The clean-up makes the details on your listing correct and consistent.
How long do duplicate merges take?
Google decides. We submit the requests; Google reviews them on its own timeline, and we can't speed that up.
Do I lose control of my listing?

What if no one can sign in to my listing?
Email hello@netwebmedia.com before you buy. Getting back into a listing nobody can sign in to is a separate process that Google runs.
